Compared to conventional mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs), those cultured and expanded using StemXCell™ Technology have demonstrated significant advantages in both in vitro and preclinical studies. Laboratory data show that MSCs produced via StemXCell™ generate 2- to 5-fold differences in the levels of skincare-relevant cytokines and chemokines compared to conventionally grown MSCs. Specifically, seven cytokines and chemokines associated with skin rejuvenation are significantly increased, while five inhibitory ones are notably reduced.

Published preclinical studies further indicate that these MSCs markedly reduce inflammation and immune rejection responses. Collectively, these findings support that MSCs preconditioned with StemXCell™ Technology produce highly potent extracellular vesicles (EVs), offering substantial benefits for skin and hair rejuvenation.
